I am Izzy Mould, a personal trainer and registered nurse. I pride myself in helping people achieve remarkable results while still embracing a normal life and enjoying the things they love. Recognising the importance of balance, I aim to create plans that seamlessly integrate into everyday routines. Whether it’s finding joy in hobbies or savoring favourite treats, our approach prioritises sustainable transformations that enhance life rather than restrict it, proving that positive changes need not come at the expense of a fulfilling and normal lifestyle.
I offer a range of different services such as 1-1 personal training, group classes and online coaching.
My clients will have access to my Elevate Coaching app with their own tailored training plan, nutritional support, community client support group, WhatsApp support including weekly check-ins and training/ form analysis.

Personal Life
I would describe myself as friendly, energetic and motivating. Fitness and the gym has been a great part of my life since 2020, having gone through my own fat loss transformation, I have found a passion for helping others do the same and understand the challenges and rewards first hand. Only a matter of years ago, I was a beginner in the gym and had no idea of where to start, I can relate to you and want to help you learn and become the best version of yourself.
Outside of the gym, I love spending time with my family, friends and my beautiful long haired sausage dog Rolo. I am a massive foodie and absolutely love eating out and trying new foods. I am also a massive Disney adult!
Personal Trainer
I have been at both ends of the spectrum and have gone from being a complete beginner to having experienced body-building to now taking a more hybrid approach to training. I became a personal trainer because of my own personal transformation and I have a passion for fitness and helping others. I want to inspire and motivate others to achieve their goals, because I know first hand how empowering it feels to take control of your fitness and overall well-being. I provide 1-1 and group coaching both on the gym floor and online.
I am looking to help people elevate their training and confidence in the gym, whether you are a complete beginner or experienced in the gym, we can work together to take your fitness journey to the next level.
In the gym, I would describe my training style as hybrid. I love strength training but also functional fitness and conditioning to compete in HYROX. I enjoy running and am currently training for my first marathon. I pride myself in helping others achieve remarkable results whilst still embracing a normal life and enjoying the things they love.

Registered Nurse
I am also a registered nurse and am proud to work for the NHS. I believe this allows me to bring a unique perspective to fitness, blending my knowledge of health, wellness and nutrition with bespoke training plans. From my own experience, I know what it is like juggling long shift patterns with achieving your fitness goals and want to help others find balance between the two. I have specific skills and knowledge to both fat loss, muscle building, endurance training and health. I can show you how you can still enjoy the finer things in life whilst still achieving your goals.
